This Nose piercing kit is safe and effective to safely pierce the nose in a sterilized manner. The nose is made of cartilage and this system makes the piercing feel nearly pain free. It comes with two instruments to load the cartridges into when piercing. Using the instruments to pierce is much safer and more effective than using just the cartridges. The kit comes with full instructions and a DVD for ease of use.
